Le projet red\u00e9finit chaque zone tout en int\u00e9grant une mise \u00e0 niveau technique et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique d\u2019envergure, afin d\u2019offrir un environnement fonctionnel, coh\u00e9rent et durable.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019intervention comprend notamment l\u2019isolation thermique compl\u00e8te des murs et des dalles, garantissant une meilleure performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et un confort int\u00e9rieur renforc\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les am\u00e9nagements concernent l\u2019ensemble des espaces :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une zone de s\u00e9rologie<\/li>\n<li>Des bureaux<\/li>\n<li>Une salle de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement<\/li>\n<li>Des espaces de stockage<\/li>\n<li>Une caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria et des vestiaires<\/li>\n<li>Des locaux d\u00e9chets et archives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019ensemble du projet vise \u00e0 garantir une circulation fluide, une gestion optimis\u00e9e des flux et une utilisation rationnelle de chaque espace, tout en r\u00e9pondant aux standards actuels en mati\u00e8re d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et de confort thermique.<br \/>\nLe r\u00e9sultat est un laboratoire moderne, performant et durable, tourn\u00e9 vers l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre au travail au quotidien.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This Geneva-based laboratory is undergoing a complete renovation aimed at improving the organization, performance, and comfort of its workspaces.
