Le projet comprenait un important volet d'efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l'efficacit\u00e9 et la durabilit\u00e9 du b\u00e2timent. L'enveloppe thermique a \u00e9t\u00e9 renforc\u00e9e, les syst\u00e8mes de ventilation et de chauffage ont \u00e9t\u00e9 modernis\u00e9s et des solutions innovantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en \u0153uvre pour r\u00e9duire la consommation d'\u00e9nergie.
