On the shores of a lake in France, we were asked to carry out a comprehensive study: civil engineering and HVAC, including the execution phase, as part of the development of a boathouse.
The aim of this project is to optimize the use of space and improve the functionality of the facilities, in particular to accommodate larger boats.
Our mission was to support the technical development of the project while ensuring rigorous coordination of the work.
This mandate illustrates our ability to work on a variety of structures, offering tailor-made solutions adapted to the specific requirements of the site.

Renovation of a boathouse in France – Lake Geneva

The project to renovate a boathouse on the shores of Lake Geneva is designed to accommodate a new vessel within an existing structure.

The design phase focuses on adapting the building to new dimensional and technical constraints, while ensuring the durability and safety of the structure. Particular attention is being paid to preserving the existing building, especially the studio on the first floor, which must remain intact in its current state.
The project involves reinforcing the structure, cutting into the concrete, and completely replacing the rails and trolley to allow the boat to maneuver smoothly. The HVAC technical installations are being moved.
