The interior design project for a future IT and office center is in the design and coordination phase prior to construction of the building.
The aim of the project is to define a coherent architectural and technical concept that anticipates the specific needs of an IT environment: flexibility, performance, and employee comfort.
The main challenge is to adapt the layout to the constraints of the floor plan in order to accommodate an optimal number of employees while ensuring a comfortable and ergonomic working environment.
The future layout includes individual offices, meeting rooms, server rooms, printing areas, and relaxation areas.
Eight closed offices benefit from plenty of natural light, while the meeting rooms are designed to offer functional and pleasant working conditions. A modular coffee area, which can be enlarged thanks to a folding door, completes the ensemble to encourage interaction and conviviality.
This proactive approach ensures that once the building is completed, the interior design will provide an efficient, harmonious working environment that is perfectly suited to the client’s digital activities.
